JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a full-time Practice Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of managing the Practice, including HR, finance, operational, estates and strategic areas.
The successful candidate will be motivated, committed, and forward-thinking with experience and enthusiasm in managing a GP Practice, with demonstrable skills in leadership, human resources, finance, IT and excellent communication, are essential.

Job Overview
To manage and coordinate all aspects of practice functionality, motivating and managing staff, optimising efficiency, estates management and financial performance, ensuring the practice achieves its long-term strategic objectives in a safe and effective working environment. Through innovative ways of working, lead the team in promoting ED&I, SHEF, Quality & CI, Confidentiality, Collaborative Working, Service Delivery, Learning and Development and ensure the practice complies with CQC regulations.
