Reporting into the Area Manager, the Pharmacy Practice Manager role combines patient care and commercial focus, requiring strong leadership, a passion for healthcare, patients, and business profitability. The role is responsible for delivering pharmacy targets, managing the store Pharmacist and pharmacy colleagues, and supporting Asda Pharmacy to be industry-leading.

Daily responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing the pharmacy team to ensure excellent patient experience, safety, and compliance with GPhC standards and clinical governance. Support is available from in-store, regional, and head office teams for clinical and service queries.

Rota:

Week 1: Saturday 09:00-21:00, Monday 09:00-21:00, Wednesday 09:00-21:00, Friday 09:00-21:00

Week 2: Monday 09:00-21:00, Tuesday 09:00-21:00, Thursday 09:00-21:00, Friday 09:00-21:00

Candidate Profile:

• Fully qualified pharmacist registered with GPhC
• Experience delivering NHS and private healthcare services
• Ability to manage and motivate a team, ensuring safety and results
• Skilled in handling difficult situations and maintaining strong store and field team connections
