Job summary

Leyland Vets4Pets is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our friendly team on a fixed term basis (18 months). You will drive day-to-day operations and champion exceptional client and patient care while supporting commercial success.

You will work closely with clinical and support teams to ensure smooth running and a positive environment. The role offers a competitive salary and a 32-hour work week with no weekend work.

Leyland Vets4Pets is looking for an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead our friendly and dedicated team on a fixed term basis (18 months)

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong people manager with a passion for delivering exceptional client and patient care while driving the commercial success of the practice. Working closely with the clinical and support teams, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice and creating a positive working environment for the team.

About You

We're looking for an experienced manager who:

• Has a proven track record of leading and developing successful teams
• Is confident managing performance and driving resultsPossesses excellent communication and organisational skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Has a strong focus on customer service and team engagement
• Experience within a veterinary, healthcare or retail environment would be advantageous, although not essential
