Job summary

Leyland Vets4Pets is looking for an experienced Practice Manager to lead our friendly and dedicated team on a fixed term basis (18 months). This role focuses on delivering exceptional client and patient care while driving the commercial success of the practice.

Working closely with the clinical and support teams, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice and creating a positive working environment for the team.

Leyland Vets4Pets is looking for an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead our friendly and dedicated team on a fixed term basis (18 months)

Working closely with the clinical and support teams, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice and creating a positive working environment for the team.

About You

We're looking for an experienced manager who:

• Has a proven track record of leading and developing successful teams
• Is confident managing performance and driving resultsPossesses excellent communication and organisational skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Has a strong focus on customer service and team engagement
• Experience within a veterinary, healthcare or retail environment would be advantageous, although not essential

• Competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000, depending on experience
