Role Overview

Reporting to the Area Manager, the Pharmacy Practice Manager is a role that combines patient care with a commercial focus. It requires a strong leader passionate about healthcare, patient safety, and driving profitability. The role is responsible for achieving pharmacy targets, managing the store pharmacist and pharmacy colleagues, and supporting Asda Pharmacy's goal to be industry-leading.

Key responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing the pharmacy team to ensure excellent patient experience and safety, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring compliance with GPhC standards and clinical governance. Support is available from store, regional, and head office teams for clinical and service-related queries.
