Role Overview

Reporting to the Area Manager, the Pharmacy Practice Manager role combines patient care and commercial responsibilities. The role involves leading and developing the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient service, ensuring compliance with GPhC standards, and supporting business targets.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead, coach, and develop the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care and safety.
  2. Manage store Pharmacist and pharmacy colleagues, supporting professional standards and compliance.
  3. Achieve pharmacy-related targets and deadlines.
  4. Collaborate with store, regional, and head office teams for clinical and service support.
  5. Maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
Working Hours

Week 1: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat shifts as specified. Week 2: Mon, Tue, Wed shifts as specified.

Candidate Profile
  • Fully qualified pharmacist registered with GPhC.
  • Experience in delivering NHS and private healthcare services.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Possess valid GPhC registration, right to work in the UK, and safeguarding qualifications.
  • Willing to undergo DBS check and provide necessary documentation.
