Room at the Top Recruitment is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations across a well-established practice in Hertfordshire. You will work alongside Partners to ensure smooth workflows, strong client service and continuous development of the business.
The role covers operations, compliance, IT and facilities, with responsibility for client account management, events and small projects. On-site, full-time, 35 hours weekly, salary will reflect a competitive package.

Our client is recruiting an experienced, organised and proactive Practice Manager to take responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of the practice. This is a key role within the business, working closely with the Partners and wider team to ensure that the practice operates effectively, delivers an excellent level of client service and continues to grow.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working across different areas of the practice and will enjoy being at the centre of the business. You will have responsibility for day-to-day operations, team coordination, workflow and deadlines, compliance, IT systems and facilities as well as supporting client account management, events, practice promotion and a range of small projects.
