NHS Scotland is looking for an enthusiastic manager to join their practice team in Northeast Glasgow. The role involves strategic planning and operational delivery while improving patient outcomes in a diverse practice serving over 7,000 patients. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic manager with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to join our practice team.
We are based in the North East of Glasgow within East Dunbartonshire HSCP. Our practice operates from purpose-built premises with ample parking and space for modern multidisciplinary team working. We serve a diverse population of over 7,000 patients across Auchinairn, Bishopbriggs, Robroyston, Springburn, Lenzie, and Torrance.
Our innovative, friendly, and progressive training practice prioritizes patient care. Our team includes 4 GP Partners, 1 salaried GP, 1 ANP, 1 Practice Nurse, and 1 Healthcare Assistant, supported by HSCP-employed staff such as Pharmacy Team members, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, and an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist. We also have access to CTAC nursing and phlebotomy services.
Supported by an experienced Deputy Practice Manager, our administration team is proficient, friendly, and supportive, playing a vital role in practice operations and clinical activities.
We seek an experienced leader to help shape the future of the practice and improve patient outcomes while maintaining a sustainable business model. The successful candidate will oversee strategic planning and operational delivery, ensuring compliance with all contractual and statutory obligations. Knowledge of the NHS and managerial experience in healthcare are desirable but not essential.

Salary and working hours are negotiable based on experience. Successful candidates will be auto-enrolled in the NHS Pension Scheme, with an employer contribution of 22.5%.
