About you

We welcome your application if you have management or Lead Dental Nurse experience within a dental setting. Other industries such as healthcare or commercial (retail/hospitality) will also be considered.

Experience working with financial records, including P&L, KPIs, and budget planning.

Experience managing a team, including knowledge of HR processes and compliance.

The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive, proactive approach.
