The Role
  • Line management of the practice team
  • Supporting clinical team to meet NHS and Private objectives
  • Managing profit and loss, controlling costs, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Reviewing business reports for efficient practice operation
  • Supervising banking procedures including deposits, payments, reconciliation, and debt management
  • Maintaining practice documentation such as policies, procedures, and handbooks
  • Ensuring practice compliance with all Health and Safety regulations
Skills And Experience
  • Experience in Dental Practice Management
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experience managing business performance, KPIs, targets, and Profit and Loss
  • Staff management experience, including appraisals and performance reviews
  • Enthusiasm and motivation to grow the practice
  • Hold CQC registration as a Practice Manager or willingness to obtain registration (including DBS check)
