A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Practice Manager to lead a respected GP practice with approximately 8,000 patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and management skills, backed by significant experience in a healthcare setting. This role requires someone ready to adapt to the changing landscape of the NHS while maintaining high standards of patient care and practice management.
We are seeking an experienced, accomplished and highly motivated Practice Manager to lead our friendly, high performing andwell-respected GP Practice. The role will lead the Practice through a greatlychanging environment in the NHS with a patient list size of appox. 8,000 patients.
The role will provide leadership and management skills to enable thepractice to meet its agreed aims and objectives within a profitable,efficient, safe, and effective working environment.
We invite applicants with practice and business management experiencewho will fulfil the essential criteria on the person specification.
The role is 37 hours per week; the candidate willbe required to work those hours necessary for the proper performance of theirduties.
Although we are primarily looking for someone with substantialexperience in a GP setting (at least 5 years) we will consider applicants withless than this, but with evidence of advanced skills in the above or experiencein other senior management settings.
