? What You’ll Be Doing

As a Practice Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our practice operations—leading a team of 7–15 colleagues while working closely with our Area Manager, Daniel. Your role will focus on:

• Driving commercial performance and hitting key business targets
• Creating a thriving, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
• Ensuring first-class patient care and seamless daily operations
• Leading recruitment, team development, and performance coaching
• Marketing the practice to grow our patient base
• Maintaining compliance as the CQC Registered Manager
• Using data and tech tools to inform smart, strategic decisions
