Practice Management Executive

Are you a natural organiser who thrives on variety and making things run like clockwork?

A rare and exciting opportunity has come up for a Practice Management Executiveto join a busy and innovative legal practice group.

This role sits at the heart of operations – supporting the Practice Group Head, team leaders and a wider operations team to keep things efficient, collaborative, and moving forward.

From coordinating internal projects and team comms to supporting recruitment and resource planning, this is a great role for someone who enjoys being the glue that holds everything together.

What you’ll be doing:

Practice Operations

  • Supporting day-to-day operations and team coordination
  • Helping to deliver practice-specific projects and initiatives
  • Working closely with stakeholders to support forums, team leads and internal comms
  • Assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding, and offboarding within the practice group

Practice Admin & Compliance

  • Supporting training and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Helping with resource planning in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Acting as a key point of contact for data, reporting and business insights
  • Ensuring compliance with internal processes and deadlines

Team Comms & Events

  • Maintaining internal comms platforms, newsletters and email lists
  • Organising team socials, engagement activities, and CSR initiatives

What we’re looking for:

  • A degree in business, management or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong project, time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset
  • Strong MS Office skills and confidence with business tools
  • Discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
  • Previous experience in a practice-facing support role, ideally within professional services
  • Experience working in complex, matrix-style environments is a plus
