Position at LHH (Global)

The Practice Leader in Career Development & Mobility at LHH UK & Ireland will be responsible for driving growth, leading a team, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in the career development and mobility sector. This role involves strategic planning, team management, solution sales, and client relationship management to expand LHH's services and reputation in this field.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage the UK & Ireland Career Development & Mobility Solutions and Project Management team.
  2. Develop and implement growth strategies for the practice, including client engagement and service delivery enhancements.
  3. Support and promote the expansion of the service offerings through client interaction and collaboration with global teams.
  4. Analyze market trends and leverage data to inform strategic decisions.
  5. Contribute to marketing and thought leadership efforts.
  6. Ensure capability in selling and delivering career development and mobility solutions.
  7. Represent the customer perspective in product development.
  8. Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders across sales, marketing, product, and delivery teams.
Team Management & Collaboration:
  1. Manage a team of four (2 Solution Leads & 2 Delivery Leads).
  2. Coordinate with various internal teams and stakeholders.
Solution Sales & Leadership:
  1. Partner with sales teams to develop client relationships and secure projects.
  2. Drive growth in existing and new client accounts.
  3. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of LHH’s offerings to craft tailored solutions.
Project Delivery & Implementation:
  1. Oversee project management to ensure successful delivery.
  2. Build and sustain strong client relationships.
  3. Develop best practices for project delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in career development, enterprise sales, or consulting.
  • Leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Client focus and sales drive.
  • Ability to operate in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Experience or accreditation in career coaching is a plus.

Additional Details:
