Job summary

Nottingham City Council in Nottingham is seeking an experienced social work professional to drive quality, learning and continuous improvement across Children's Services. The Practice Lead will design and deliver training, conduct audits and embed improvements into frontline practice.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, promote council priorities, and develop performance management processes while strengthening partnerships with key stakeholders.
