Are you a senior cyber security recruiter ready to lead from the front?
We’re looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Practice Lead to build and grow our cyber security recruitment offering. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll shape our presence in a booming market partnering with consultancies, MSSPs, and enterprise security teams to deliver the best talent in the industry.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and scaling our cyber security recruitment division
- Winning and growing strategic client accounts across SIs, MSSPs, and Defence & Security Consulting firms.
- Recruiting across contract and permanent roles including Cyber Strategy, GRC, SOC, IAM, Threat & Vulnerability, Red Teaming, Cloud Security, and CISO-level leadership
- Developing long-term partnerships with cyber leaders, CISOs, and technology executives
- Hiring, mentoring, and coaching a team of specialist cyber security recruiters
- Working closely with senior leadership to define and execute the division’s growth strategy
- Proven cyber security recruitment experience within an agency setting
- A track record of new business development and building lasting client relationships
- A consultative, credible approach to working with senior stakeholders
- Experience working with cyber consultancies, global SIs, or enterprise security teams
- Leadership experience or a strong ambition to build and lead a team
