We're seeking a Practice Lead for our Consultancy Business
The Team

The Role
The Practice Lead operates as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a Data practice at Intuita Consulting. This role is crucial in driving the commercial growth while also contributing to project deliveries as a charged-out consultant. The Practice Lead is responsible for contributing to the strategic direction for the practice, ensuring commercial success, and mentoring the consulting team while supporting high-quality client engagements. The role may cover one or more of the following practices: Data Excellence, Data Engineering, Data Enablement, or Data Analytics & AI.
Your Key Responsibilities will broadly cover these areas - with lots in between!
Strategic Leadership:
· Collaborate on defining and executing the strategic vision for the data practice, ensuring alignment with the broader goals of the consultancy.
· Identify emerging trends, technologies, and market shifts, assessing their potential impact on practice growth and client offerings.
· Develop and drive the strategic roadmap, setting clear objectives and prioritising initiatives to achieve practice growth.
Commercial Growth:
· Drive year-over-year practice revenue and achieve annual revenue targets by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing.Develop strategic client relationships by engaging with key decision-makers, understanding client needs, and positioning Intuita as a trusted partner.
· Build and maintain relevant vendor partnerships, with a focus on developing commercial opportunities.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with the commercial team to convert leads into active business.
· Work closely with other areas of the business to ensure relevant SME input during the lead conversion process and support in closing deals.
· Collaborate with the commercial and marketing teams to refine go-to-market strategies and enhance market positioning.
Project Delivery:
· Operate as a charged-out consultant, providing SME consultancy on client engagements, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
· Work closely with Delivery Leads and other project teams to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.
· Act as the design / solution authority for relevant project deliveries across Intuita, driving best practice and high quality.
Capability Growth:
· Collaborate with Consulting team leads to mentor and support consultants within the practice, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
· Establish and nurture strategic vendor partnerships that support consultancy capability and revenue growth, ensuring access to the latest tools and technologies.
· Work closely with the Delivery function and Consulting team leads to identify capability gaps and contribute to training and resource development initiatives.
Collaboration and Communication:
· Act as a liaison between the Data practice and other practices, as well as other commercial parts within the organisation.
· Facilitate collaboration across the consultancy to ensure that project delivery aligns with strategic priorities.
· Ensure clear communication with stakeholders, maintaining alignment on project objectives, resource allocation, and commercial goals.
Thought Leadership:
· Represent the Data practice at industry events, conferences, and in publications to enhance Intuita's reputation and visibility.
· Actively contribute to the development of white papers, case studies, and other thought leadership materials that showcase the practice's expertise.
· Position the practice as an authority in the industry through public speaking engagements, published articles, and participation in key industry events.
Extended Management Team Member:
· Actively contribute to the Extended Management Team (EMT), providing strategic insights and aligning practice initiatives with the overall business and commercial objectives of Intuita.
· Ensure the practice's objectives are in sync with the broader consultancy goals, contributing to the company's long-term vision.

️ Qualifications & Experience we'd like to see include:
· Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the data consultancy or technology sector, with a deep understanding of data-related practices, such as Data Excellence, Data Engineering, Data Enablement, or Data Analytics & AI.
· Demonstrated expertise in driving commercial growth, including responsibility for achieving annual revenue targets and acquiring new clients within a Consultancy environment.
· Extensive experience in project delivery, with a strong track record of leading successful client engagements.
· Experience in mentoring and developing teams, fostering a culture of learning and capability growth.
· Strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to data practices.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
· Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and functions, aligning strategic goals and delivery priorities.
