Great Ormond Street Hospital is seeking two new Practice Facilitators for Koala and Possum wards, focusing on pediatric neuroscience nursing. We have an exciting opportunity for two new Practice Facilitators x 2 to join the team over at Koala and Possum ward.
Koala ward currently comprises of 24 inpatient beds providing specialist neuroscience and high dependency care to patients of all ages from 0-18 years old. Possum ward will be opening Autumn/Winter 2024 and will comprise of an 8 bedded inpatient unit caring for patients 0-18 years with neurological conditions.
The post is based on both Koala and Possum wards to provide essential education and teaching to ensure that staff are competent and confident in all aspects of neuroscience nursing. The successful candidates will provide education and support to a wide range of nursing and healthcare roles, and will further the skills of already trained nurses.
