Salary:£40,800 - £49,088 per annum, pro rata (unsocial hours premia added 6%)
Contract Type:Temporary 2 year fixed term contract, Full time 37.5 hours per week

Our nursing teams are aiming to be the best in what they do, delivering palliative and end of life care to children and young people who may die young across Scotland.
After listening to our nursing teams, we heard the best way we can help them achieve their goals is to grow our support for their education and training and create an environment where they can consolidate their learning to be both competent and confident in their skills.
This role has been created in response to what our nursing teams have told us will make a difference to them and the care they deliver.So, you really will make a meaningful difference from day one.
This role will be based in the nursing teams in Rachel and Robin House and will support the nursing teams in the Houses and in the CHAS at Home teams throughout Scotland. Working alongside others who also support learning and development of our nursing teams both in CHAS and out with will be key to your success in this role.

About CHAS
In CHAS we provide unwavering care to children, young people who may die young, and support their families. We are understandably proud of what we do but want to continue to improve.
Last year we had 800 admissions to our 2 Houses with 3204 bed nights.Our CHAS at Home teams undertook 1950 visits providing 6400 hours of care in the community and in hospital settings. These numbers will continue to grow as we meet our strategic aim of reaching more children, young people and families in every part of Scotland.
