Job summary

NHS Grampian is seeking a Band 7 Practice Education Facilitator to join the Aberdeen City HSCP Practice Education & Development Team. You will work across partnership settings to support students, new registrants and the wider workforce, creating positive learning environments and enhancing practice learning experiences.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred care while leading and mentoring colleagues. Interviews are in person; travel across Aberdeen City may be required.

Qualifications

• Is a nurse or midwife with a current NMC registration.
• Holds a post-graduate teaching and learning qualification.
• Has extensive experience at Band 6 or above in roles which include supporting, supervising and assessing learners.
• Has a genuine passion for supporting learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Support students, new registrants and the wider workforce across Aberdeen City HSCP settings.
• Create positive learning environments and enhance practice learning experiences.
• Contribute to delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
• Collaborate across teams to foster learning and development.
