Practice Director: The Integrator at the Heartof Our Success

Operating within an EntrepreneurialOperating System (EoS) model, we are looking for a Practice Directorwho will function as our Integrator . This crucial leadershipposition is responsible for the day-to-day operational management ofour talented team of technical consultants. You will be the steadyhand who ensures our strategic goals, set in collaboration with ourTechnical Director, are translated into clear, actionable plans andexecuted with precision.

Your KeyResponsibilities Will Include:

  • Ensuring Excellencein Project & Contract Management: Overseeing contract monitoringto the highest industry standards, ensuring compliance with UKconstruction contracts, and managing tender processes with meticulousattention to detail.
  • Driving Operational & TeamLeadership: Implementing and maintaining efficient businessprocesses and procedures, providing managerial oversight to ourgrowing technical team, and developing quarterly objectives to ensurestrategic alignment and managing our internal budget and contracts.
  • Contributing to our Business Strategy: Shaping ourservice offering to best meet target client needs and ensure that ourteam can deliver high value consultancy to appropriate target markets
  • Enhancing Reporting & Presentation Development: Contributing to the development of high-quality technical reports,infographics, and presentations to support our project documentation.

What We're Looking For:

We are lookingfor an integrator with a proven track record in a leadership rolewithin the UK construction professions. You should possess:

  • A construction-related degree (Chartered status with RICS,APM, CIOB, ICE, RIBA is preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 yearspost-chartership experience with a leading building or constructionconsultancy.
  • A deep understanding of UK constructionconsultancy contracts, defect analysis, and procurement.
  • Experience in construction monitoring and employer’s agentresponsibilities.
