Job summary

Totum Partners is seeking a Practice Director in London to join the executive leadership team. This rare opportunity places you at the helm of broad strategic and operational leadership, shaping the future direction of the business and its international growth.

You will oversee operational performance across Finance, HR, IT, Marketing & Business Development, Operations and Business Support, while acting as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders and Partners.

I am delighted to be working exclusively with a highly regarded and growing intellectual property practice to support the hiring of an experienced Practice Director to join its executive leadership team in London.

This is a rare opportunity to take on a broad strategic and operational leadership role within a specialist professional services firm, working closely with the Managing Partners and Board to help shape the future direction of the business.

Reporting directly to the firm's leadership team, you will have responsibility for the operational and commercial performance of the business, leading functions including Finance, HR, IT, Marketing & Business Development, Operations and Business Support.

Acting as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in:

• Driving strategic initiatives and business transformation programmes
• Leading budgeting, financial planning and performance management
• Delivering operational improvements and productivity enhancements
• Preparing business cases and supporting investment decisions
• Strengthening governance, compliance and risk management frameworks
• Leading and developing multidisciplinary support teams
• Supporting international growth and integration projects
• Working closely with partners to improve commercial performance and client service delivery.
