Job summary
The Respiratory Team are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic respiratory nurse who is looking to progress their career into an education role to support the delivery of education and training for our workforce within the Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be a credible respiratory nurse with a passion for delivering education and training.
Main duties of the jobTo act as a role model for delivering high quality care through strong education leadership, evidence-based training and education, and effective coaching and assessment in clinical practice.
To be an expert practitioner and change agent in respiratory medicine, promoting lifelong learning.
To support newly qualified staff in the clinical floor to ensure that they achieve their full potential in clinical effectiveness.
