Our ambition is to make working in Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust an attractive career opportunity for clinical staff from Health Care Assistant through to Advanced Practitioner. In order to help achieve this ambition, we are looking for a Children’s Practice Development Nurse to join the CLCH Academy to promote and facilitate practice development across our Children’s Community Nursing and Special School Nursing teams, in our North West London and North Central London Division. As a PDN, you will join the CLCH Academy Team where you will be supported with your development at post graduate level in a robust career pathway.
