The Practice Development Midwife for Clinical Governance plays a pivotal role in promoting excellence in maternity care through a dual focus on clinical education and governance. This role combines leadership, education, and clinical practice to ensure safe, evidence-based, and high-quality care. The post holder will support the development of midwifery staff, lead on clinical governance initiatives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of maternity services.
