Job summary

Enfield Council in Enfield invites applications for a Practice Development Officer – MM2 on a secondment/fixed-term until 31 March 2028. You will join the Centre of Excellence and help deliver our quality assurance framework and support frontline practice.

You will be a qualified social worker with strong knowledge of current legislation, able to influence change, present information clearly and build positive relationships across the service.

Qualifications

• Recognised social work qualification and current knowledge of relevant legislation.
• Strong knowledge of current legislation and frontline delivery.
• Analytical, creative and clear communicator with leadership ability.
