Description: We are seeking a Practice Assurance Lead for our internal compliance team. The role involves reviewing compliance with ICAEW / CAI requirements across our 9 Hub entities, managing the collection of information, and overseeing the completion of annual returns for each entity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure all hubs operate in accordance with laws, regulations, professional standards, and the ICAEW Code of Ethics.
  2. Stay updated on technical developments and standards interpretations, providing regular training to ensure consistent assurance processes across all Xeinadin teams.
  3. Provide guidance and support to entities and regulated individuals to help them meet high standards, including training and reporting.

Key Requirements: Qualified Accountant with strong compliance and project management experience.

Additional Information: The role can be based in the UK or Ireland, with remote and hybrid working arrangements, including travel to different hub locations as needed.
