A leading charity for people with learning disabilities is seeking a Practice Advisor to shape and develop services aimed at individuals with complex needs. This role involves supporting operational teams and facilitating transitions from long-term care to community living. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in learning disabilities and a proven track record in implementing support strategies. Mencap is recruiting for a Practice Advisor to join our Quality Directorate. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and develop our most complex services, with an initial focus on Northern Ireland.
*This role requires regular travel to Northern Ireland*

In this role, you will not only be supporting our established ways of working, but will also play a key part in supporting operational teams to develop high-quality services for people with complex needs. A major focus will be working alongside colleagues and partners to enable people to move successfully from long-stay hospitals into community settings, ensuring they have the right support around them to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.
