The Practice Administrator will provide efficient administrative support to the financial advisory team, including handling client documentation, maintaining records, managing schedules, ensuring compliance, and supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Maintain physical and digital office files for easy retrieval.
  • Prepare meeting packs, reports, and supporting documents.
  • Create client letters and documents post-meetings.
  • Handle correspondence with clients, providers, and stakeholders.
  • Support advisers with CRM, back-office systems, and portals.
  • Collaborate with team members for smooth workflows.

  • Arrange and confirm appointments and meetings.
