Practice Accountant Westbourne

We are delighted to be partnering with one of our favourite clients in their search for an experienced Practice Accountant to join their team, long term, with a focus on audit work.

The practice was established with the goal of providing exceptional service to a wide range of smaller clients, handling everything from regular monthly requirements to year-end audits. Having grown steadily over the years, they are now seeking an additional senior, client-facing team member to support their expansion.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, primarily small businesses.
2. Handle audit work and year-end requirements.
3. Support the expansion of the practice.
4. Potential to evolve into managerial responsibilities over time.

Qualifications:

1. Fully qualified accountant.
2. Experience working with small businesses.
3. Looking for a long-term career move.

The salary package for this role is flexible, as the client is keen to attract the right person. Please share your salary expectations with us. Given the client-facing nature of the role and the close-knit internal team (no outsourcing), the owners are happy to offer the flexibility of one day per week working from home.
