Your new role

As an Accountant with a focus on Audit and Accounting, you will play a key role in the firm. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting audits for a variety of clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
2. Preparing financial statements and reports
3. Providing accounting and advisory services to clients
4. Assisting with tax planning and compliance
5. Building and maintaining strong client relationships
6. Supporting junior team members and contributing to their development
7. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A qualification as a Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) Part Qualified or Fully Qualified
2. Experience in audit and accounting within a practice environment
3. Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
7. A proactive and client-focused approach
