Job summary

29 London is seeking a smart PR & Talent Partnerships Executive to join our growing team, working across consumer PR, talent, VIP and brand partnerships. You’ll support campaigns for entertainment, drinks, fashion, hospitality and lifestyle, building relationships with journalists, talent teams and partners.

The role is hands-on, you’ll develop media contacts, coordinate events, assist with reports and proposals, and help grow the agency’s media and industry network in a dynamic, entrepreneurial

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in PR/communications/entertainment.
• Proactive and able to own tasks.
• Strong writing and attention to detail.
• Experience securing PR coverage, especially in drinks consumer PR.

Responsibilities

• Support Consumer PR campaigns and press-office activity.
• Build and maintain targeted media lists.
• Pitch journalists, follow up, manage relationships.
• Identify new media contacts and opportunities.
• Coordinate product placement, gifting and sampling.
• Support press events, journalist experiences and VIP activations.
• Build VIP, celebrity and influencer lists.
• Research talent for brand campaigns and recommendations.
• Prepare client updates and campaign reports.
• Support pitch decks, proposals and new-business documents.
• Help develop and maintain the agency’s media, talent and industry contact network.
• Coordinate live campaigns across projects.
