The Opportunity:

We are excited to offer a role for a talented PR Senior Account Manager in our travel division, managing luxury travel clients. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, building media relationships, securing coverage, and overseeing PR activities. You will also mentor junior team members to ensure smooth account operations.

The Skills Required:

  • Strong network of travel and lifestyle media contacts; ability to pitch and secure coverage
  • Confident in managing client communications, expectations, and strategic planning
  • Able to oversee daily account activities, manage timelines, and meet KPIs
  • Experience mentoring junior team members; effective delegation skills
  • Excellent writing skills for press releases, pitches, reports, and social media
  • Extensive knowledge of the travel sector
  • Experience in a fast-paced travel PR agency role
  • Strong understanding of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in luxury travel and lifestyle

Key Responsibilities:

Public Relations & Influencer Relations

  • Build and maintain relationships with press and influencers
  • Identify media and influencer opportunities
  • Manage media and influencer databases
  • Meet monthly KPIs for meetings
  • Write press releases, pitches, and proposals
  • Research media features and trends
  • Maintain industry networks

Client Management & Relations

  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Support in preparing meeting materials and reports
  • Ensure timely client reporting
  • Lead client meetings
  • Manage campaigns and budgets
  • Execute strategies and resolve issues

Team Management

  • Support team performance and deadlines
  • Lead team meetings and delegate tasks
  • Provide feedback and support skill development

  • Assist with business presentations and pitches
  • Identify new opportunities
  • Support proposal development
