A PR Outreach Executive, who will create, coordinate and deliver large scale PR outreach campaigns, on behalf of our Business products globally.

We are seeking a content focused and creative PR Outreach Executive, who speaks additional languages to become part of our growing press relations and outreach team. You will have a broad knowledge across a range of sports and gaming products, and have the ability to write in a way that aligns with the Business and specific needs of different territories.

Working alongside multiple touchpoints internally, you will be required to facilitate support from SEO content specialists, Social Media teams and the Performance Marketing Services department, in order to facilitate high quality global coverage and links for scheduled campaigns.

Working in collaboration with the wider department, you will support the exploration and development of new and existing relationships, activate campaigns across multiple global territories and help the team achieve its overall objectives.

With a global remit, you will have the ability to think outside the box and develop exciting roadmaps for an emerging area of the Business.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

Preferred skills and experience

• Previous PR knowledge.
• Ability to communicate in additional languages, such as German, Spanish, Italian, Greek or Portuguese.
• Experience of working closely with SEO teams or departments on outreach projects.
• Degree level or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent written, verbal and visual communication.
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• Ability to interact with all key stakeholder levels.
• Strong networking and relationship management skills, with a collaborative approach to work with a global brand.

Main Responsibilities

• Supporting the PR Outreach Manager.
• Supporting the content team in the ideation of PR content for external exposure.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key media channels, journalists and influencers.
• Improving brand visibility through high quality coverage.
• Conducting outreach to promote campaigns to local, national and trade press.
• Securing high quality coverage and links for campaigns.
• Planning and communicating schedules for global activity.
• Collaborating with the wider department to deliver a measurement framework globally.
• Assisting in raising the brand profile during new territory launches.
• Networking with key publications, journalists and influencers.
