Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated PR and Liaison Officer to join our team. In this role, you'll build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, media, and community organizations. You'll help manage communication, write press releases, and support various PR activities. The role requires good research, writing, and project management skills, along with a strong understanding of global PR trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, media, and community organizations.
  2. Strategic Communication: Work with teams to align communication strategies with the company's goals, ensuring consistency across all messages.
  3. Research & Trends: Stay up-to-date on global PR trends and industry best practices, using insights to improve PR strategies.
  4. Press Releases & Content: Write and distribute press releases and other content to communicate key messages and announcements.
  5. Event & Project Support: Help organize events and support project management tasks to ensure smooth execution of PR activities.
  6. Monitoring & Reporting: Track media coverage and public perception, providing insights and recommendations to the team.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Political Science, International Relations, Media, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in PR or stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with a knack for creating clear, impactful messages.
  • Ability to research trends and use insights to inform strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
