Job summary

Huda Beauty seeks a PR & Influencer Manager to lead the UK/EU press and influencer strategy, nurturing a robust network of creators and media partners. You will oversee events, manage agencies, and drive coverage and EMV across markets including UK, France, Italy, Spain, Turkey and Poland.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Global teams, utilise platforms like CreatorIQ/TRAACKR for influencers and Launchmetrics/Cision for press, and contribute to innovative brand activations in a

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience working with influencers (preferably beauty).
• Excel & PowerPoint proficiency for reporting and presentations.
• Experience using influencer reporting platforms (CreatorIQ/TRAACKR) and press platforms (Launchmetrics/Cision).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Manager to optimise UK/EU press and influencer strategy for launches and hero products across markets including UK, France, Italy, Spain, Turkey and Poland.
• Support Event Manager to deliver impactful influencer and media events with seamless coordination.
• Build and grow relationships with media, PR agencies and key retail partners to maximise visibility.
• Lead influencer community management, talent discovery and relationship development across the region.
• Manage PR agencies across priority markets with assets and guidance to drive results.
• Monitor campaign performance using Launchmetrics, CreatorIQ and Cision to measure coverage and EMV.

Summary

PR & Influencer Manager is a dynamic role that requires strong, established relationships with key press and influencers across the UK and Europe, a combination of interpersonal skills, a strategic and creative mindset, strong analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of market trends, the evolving influencer landscape, and competitive brand activations.

Key Objectives

• Drive Huda Beauty to achieve/maintain a top Global EMV across influencers and MUAs
• Expand and nurture a diverse network of forward‑thinking content creators and media partners
• Secure impactful editorial coverage, product placement, interviews, and brand advocacy across markets
• Keep Huda Beauty at the forefront of industry trends through innovative PR and influencer activations

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Manager to optimise & deliver the UK/EU Press & Influencer strategy, supporting new launches and hero products across key markets including the UK, France, Italy, Spain, Turkey and Poland.
• Support the Event Manager in delivering impactful influencer and media events, ensuring seamless coordination and inspiring brand experiences.
• Build, maintain and grow relationships with media, PR agencies and key retail partners, including Sephora, to unlock opportunities and maximise brand visibility.
• Lead influencer community management, talent discovery and relationship development, expanding Huda Beauty's network across the region.
• Manage PR agencies across priority markets, ensuring they are equipped with the assets, information and guidance needed to deliver strong results.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance through reporting, using platforms such as Launchmetrics, CreatorIQ and Cision to measure coverage, content performance and EMV.

Team Management & Cross‑Collaboration

• Provide day‑to‑day coaching, support and development to the PR & Influencer Coordinator.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales and Global teams to deliver integrated campaigns, share best practice and support retail priorities.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience working with influencers (preferably beauty)
• Ability to work in dynamic & fast‑paced environments
• Exceptional relationship‑builder & natural communicator
• Excellent analytical skills & high interest in learning about new analytics trends
• Well‑rounded with influencers trends & the beauty world
• Multi‑tasker with a vision
• Brings energy, positivity, and a solutions‑focused mindset to every challenge
• Experience using influencer reporting platforms such as Creator IQ/TRAACKR for influencers and Launchmetrics/Cision for press
• Excel & PowerPoint proficient
• Strong team player with ability to work on own initiative

• Excellent organisation and time management skills
