Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a PR Executive to join our London-based North Europe team, driving brand and product strategy across media, influencers and makeup artists. You will work closely with regional agencies and the global PR team to develop and execute strategic plans for launches and campaigns.

You will support press coverage, influencer strategies, and event planning while tracking KPIs using Cision and Traackr.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating press and influencer activity across multiple channels (print, online, broadcast, social).
• Strong writing skills with ability to craft reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Experience working with PR agencies or in-house PR teams to deliver strategic campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Support PR Manager and agencies to secure regular, on-brand press coverage across media channels.
• Develop and manage influencer relationships and investor relations where applicable.
• Contribute to PR strategies for launches, new markets and brand campaigns.
• Produce reporting on launches and events, including VIP/Red Carpet activities.
• Maintain media lists, press seeding and gifting processes, and PR calendars.
• Analyse press and influencer KPIs using tools like Cision and Traackr.
• Coordinate sample distribution to agencies and press for NPD launches.
• Prepare weekly North EU PR updates highlighting media and influencer activity.
• Collaborate with marketing, education and training teams to amplify retailer plans.

Job description

We are looking for a creative, talented and passionate PR Executive to join our London based North Europe team, to work across all areas of PR, focusing on driving the brand and product strategy to engage media (consumer and corporate), influencers and makeup artists. This role will work very closely with the regional PR agencies in North Europe to develop, implement, report and analyse strategic PR plans to launch new territories, stores, new products, and brand campaigns and engage with the diverse Charlotte Tilbury audience to drive increased brand awareness and sales. This role will report into our North EU PR Manager, and the role will involve working very closely alongside the Global PR team, as well as North EU Marketing, Commercial, Education and Training team. As a PR Executive you will

• Support PR Manager/Asst. PR Manager and PR agencies to secure consistent, regular, quality and on‑brand press coverage across print, online, broadcast and social with key focus on ROI.
• Assist PR manager to research and develop influencer strategies & relationships.
• Contribute to communication strategies and PR plans to support brand launches including new product launches, new markets and campaigns.
• Reporting and wrap reports on key launches and events, from product launches to new markets across PR & VIP/ Red Carpet.
• Maintaining media and pitching lists, ensure all agencies update for each launch, as well as owning any other key central tracker documents such as awards logs and PR calendar.
• Analysing press and influencer KPIs and tracking & logging results, using platforms including Cision & Traackr.
• Gifting & sample management, including: managing end-to-end influencer & VIP mailers, press seedings & all product order processing for the PR & VIP team, including PR agencies monthly gifting cupboard orders.
• Managing any proactive or reactive image requests from agencies or external partners.
• Managing NPD sample distribution too agencies and press.
• Circulating a weekly North EU PR update with press, influencer & VIP/ Red Carpet highlights for the week.
• Assisting with the planning and execution of PR & VIP events and activities.
• Work closely with the marketing and commercial teams to understand how PR can support & amplify ongoing local retailer plans.
• Collaborate closely with North EU PR team, global PR team and North EU marketing team to devise and deliver record breaking launch activity for each new launch (product or region).
• Promote and respect core brand values and work closely with all departments (from global PR, marketing, commercial, training & education) and external partners.
• Be a reliable partner to our in‑market agencies.

Who you will work with

• You will sit in our EU PR team, reporting directly into our wonderful PR Manager, EU.
• You will work very closely alongside the Global PR team, as well as North EU Marketing, Commercial, Education and Training team.
  You have started to build some experience across press & influencer activity either in-house or in an agency environment.
• Strong writing skills and a creative flair when creating reports and presentations, editing, proof‑reading, and compiling documents with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Passionate about stories and cultural zeitgeist, with a finger on the pulse of social media and news trends.
• Experience executing locally ideal (EU countries) and fluency in one EU language other than English is ideal
• Have a flexible and professional attitude, you are hungry to learn and welcome challenge!
• Have exceptional organisational and prioritising skills, with great attention to detail and is results‑driven.
• Great relationship‑building skills and the ability to network at all levels. Unflappable and enjoys working in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
• Ability to work autonomously and at a hands‑on level, with the ability to show initiative and foresight.
