Job Description:

PR Executive Job - Bedfordshire

We are delighted to be working with one of the leading training and certification businesses, headquartered in Dunstable. Due to continued expansion and investment, they now seek to employ a capable and experienced PR Executive to help in their messaging to the trade, press, and consumers.

Reporting into the Communications Manager, you will be responsible for creating engaging press releases, undertaking analysis on PR ventures, and building relationships with journalists and relevant trade bodies and publications.

You will work closely with the content and design teams, be capable of keeping one step ahead of important news and legislative changes that can significantly impact your industry.

Working within a team of genuine collaborators and supportive management, you will have experience in writing press releases and content between 300 - 1500 words, and be reactive to immediate changes that can influence engagement.

We are looking for a candidate with PR experience, not a marketing executive (although prior marketing experience is a plus).

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will have:

  • Strong background in written content creation / press releases
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

This is a hybrid working role with a minimum of 1 day in the office. In return, you can expect to work for a growing, industry-respected organization reaching nearly 50,000 members.
