The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented PR Executive to provide essential operational, administrative and coordination support to the PR and Communications function.
This is a varied role that sits at the heart of the PR team, supporting the smooth running of day-to-day activities across financial administration, media monitoring, presentations, marketing information and media travel and logistics.
The successful candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working to deadlines and coordinating with internal teams, external agencies, media contacts and other stakeholders. You will have excellent attention to detail and be confident working with information, presentations and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the PR and Communications team
- Support the processing and tracking of PR-related invoices, purchase orders and expenditure
- Maintain accurate records of PR spend, budgets and supplier activity
- Liaise with Finance and external suppliers to resolve invoice and payment queries
- Maintain PR databases, contact lists, trackers and other administrative records
- Support the organisation and maintenance of PR documentation and team resources
- Conduct daily media monitoring across relevant print, digital, online and social media channels
- Track coverage relating to Norton Motorcycles, competitors, products, campaigns and key industry topics
- Maintain accurate media coverage reports and coverage databases
- Identify key coverage, trends and opportunities and share relevant updates with the wider team
- Support the preparation of regular PR and media performance reports
- Assist with the preparation and updating of internal PR and marketing presentations
- Collate information, data, media coverage and campaign updates from relevant stakeholders
- Ensure presentations and reports are accurate, consistent and professionally presented
- Support the preparation of materials for internal meetings, management updates and business reviews
- Maintain and update marketing and PR information across relevant internal systems and platforms
- Ensure product, campaign, brand and marketing information is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate information updates with relevant Marketing, Product, Engineering and Commercial teams
- Support the PR team with the organisation and distribution of product information, imagery and other marketing assets
- Help maintain an organised library of PR and marketing materials
- Coordinate travel and logistical arrangements for visiting journalists, influencers and other media contacts
- Arrange flights, accommodation, transfers, itineraries and other travel requirements
- Support the planning and coordination of media visits, product launches, test rides and PR events
- Liaise with hotels, travel providers, agencies, dealerships and internal stakeholders
- Prepare detailed media itineraries and ensure all logistical requirements are communicated clearly
- Provide on-the-ground administrative support at selected media events and activities where required
- Provide wider administrative and operational support to the PR and Marketing teams as required
- Assist with the coordination of PR activities, events, product launches and media programmes.
- Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Support the team with ad-hoc projects and activities aligned to the wider Marketing and Communications strategy
- Maintain a proactive approach to identifying ways to improve PR processes, organisation and efficiency
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, marketing, PR or communications environment
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience supporting journalists, influencers or media events
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently
- Experience working with media monitoring tools or platforms
- Comfortable handling financial and confidential information
- Ability to coordinate multiple parties and manage logistical arrangements effectively
- Previous experience within PR, communications, marketing, events or media
- Experience with purchase orders, invoices or budget administration
- Interest in motorcycles, automotive, lifestyle or premium consumer brands
- Experience working within a fast-paced or internationally focused organisation
