FTC Maternity Cover (6-12 months)

We have an amazing opportunity for a PR Specialist to join an exciting and growing business based in Milton Keynes.

Working in the marketing team, you will be creating, planning and delivering meaningful, engaging and impactful communication strategies and campaigns to communicate the brand and commercial strategies.

You will be a key source of advice on all matters relating to internal and external communications. We are looking for people with experience working in Public Relations and Communications, who can create winning strategies, great content, and understand, build and engage audiences and develop all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver external and internal communication plans to support key business priorities.
• Develop and manage internal and external campaigns which build awareness and trust and improve brand reputation, working closely with clients and other relevant business stakeholders.
• Support key marketing campaigns , expos, successful bids, customer experience and ensure consistent communication across all internal and external channels.
• Develop, maintain, and grow media relations and develop PR plans to gain media coverage.
• Manage the Staff Engagement Survey from inception to results to action planning.
• Manage all Corporate Social Responsibility communications
• Manage the distribution of press releases, and images to relevant media.
• Maximise editorial coverage through special stories (feature pieces).
• Help create regular management information to demonstrate the effectiveness of internal and external communication channels, media and engagement activities.
