1. Lead department growth and direction on new business
2. Own and grow client relationships, and partner with other leaders across the UK
3. Line manage a team delivering PR campaigns regionally and nationally
4. Work closely with wider teams to source and drive new business leads
5. Lead pitches to convert business

The Successful Applicant

A successful PR Director should have:

• Senior PR professional with strong agency experience
• Senior leader with exceptional client management experience and the ability to foster and maintain strong relationships
• Ability to lead and guide cross-sector campaigns including activations across different communication channels and content formats
• Natural leader, confident decision-maker, and skilled communicator
• Commercially savvy with previous experience managing a department P&L and financial forecasting
