Job Description:

Overview

Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, you will be responsible for developing and executing the PR & brand partnership strategy & initiatives as part of our eCommerce and marketing team. You will oversee our PR, brand partnership, and brand ambassador programs, as well as lead influencer activities across seasonal campaigns. This role aims to grow market share and brand awareness.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and manage the influencer ambassador program for various campaigns
  • Create innovative influencer marketing strategies aligned with marketing goals
  • Identify and engage talent matching our target audience and brand values
  • Manage influencer relationships from casting to execution
  • Amplify user-generated content across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube)
  • Manage influencer and gifting budgets, and report on performance

Brand Partnership and Content Creation:

  • Identify potential brand partnerships
  • Collaborate with Social Media Creators, Design, and Marketing teams for content production
  • Track and optimize performance of partnerships

PR and Communications:

  • Build relationships with press and affiliates
  • Prepare press releases, factsheets, and briefings
  • Develop and execute PR/influencer event concepts
  • Handle daily PR requests and evaluations

What you’ll have:

  • At least 1 year experience in similar roles, preferably on the brand side
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong visual brand identity digitally
  • Strategic, creative, social media savvy, current with trends
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Team player in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
  • Skills in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing
