Job summary

TEAM LEWIS, headquartered in London, seeks an Account Coordinator apprentice for a one-month contract. The role combines media-focused tasks with administrative support to the Account Servicing team, handling multiple tasks to meet deadlines and supporting team objectives.

You can be a school/college leaver, career switcher or a university graduate – open to all. Proven written ability in English is required and a keen interest in media, current affairs and news agenda will help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: assist with management of client accounts and projects
• Coordinate meetings and reviews with clients
• Support new business research and coordination
• Assist with coordination of press tours, events and review programmes
• Media Relations: identify journalists, bloggers and analysts
• Develop media relationships for the team and monitor news sources
• Draft press materials and briefing documents
• Develop and share knowledge on news angles and hooks
• Develop organic social media content calendars and assist with paid media
• Reporting and analysis: track media activity and provide progress reports
• Communicate account performance in reviews
• Support the Team with ad hoc initiatives and projects
• Promote TEAM LEWIS brand and opportunities via social media
