Overview

The Marketing and PR Specialist will support day-to-day marketing activities and execute marketing plans, while developing PR activity for the client across its nationwide clinics.

This is a full-time position based across our 6 main patient care clinics in a flexible working capacity; travel is essential (2 days at home and 3 days travelling to one of the UK clinics). Some overnight stays may be necessary. All expenses will be paid.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, acquire and edit PR content, stories and materials such as case studies, photography and information for PR, whilst adhering to internal approvals SOP.
  • Contribute to and execute marketing activities across the 6 main clinic locations in line with the annual marketing plan.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to source and curate content and ensure messaging consistency with the annual marketing plans.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in the production of the Annual Marketing Plan.
  • Manage marketing campaign activity from initial concept ideas to execution, using core marketing knowledge and project management skills.
  • Proactively visit all clinical sites to build connections and actively seek ideas, opportunities and content.
  • Collaborate with clinical and silicone teams along with the Marketing and Events Coordinator and Digital Marketing Executive to ensure messaging aligns with planned campaigns.
  • Proactively seek new ideas and initiatives to implement in future marketing plans/campaigns.
  • Produce active internal communications and a quarterly internal newsletter.
  • Assist with communications planning and management across PR and social media.
  • Run a proactive and reactive press office function, forming relationships with key journalists and identifying PR and media opportunities.
  • Maintain and update media contact database and media monitoring.
  • Collate and analyse media coverage to create reports for internal review and evaluation.
  • Organise press events as required and provide event press liaison and support, including attendance as needed.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with the clinic teams.
  • Provide ad hoc marketing support for other areas of the business.
