We’re working with an exciting consumer brand who are looking for a proactive, creative PR & Events Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a brand-new role, you’ll help shape it from the start while delivering product launches, managing agencies, and supporting hands-on event execution.

The Role:

You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to help deliver standout campaigns.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering in-person product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots.
  • Managing PR and event agency relationships to ensure timely, high-impact activations.
  • Coordinating product samples, event logistics, and internal processes like stock requests.
  • Communicating with creatives, collaborators and retail partners to build campaign momentum.
  • Supporting wider marketing and comms efforts, from reporting to team planning and admin.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 2 years of experience in PR, events, or marketing coordination, ideally with agency and event management exposure.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills, you’ll be spinning a few plates at once.
  • Someone who is confident working with agencies, suppliers and creative professionals.
  • A full driving licence and access to a car, you’ll need to travel to the office and attend off-site events.
  • Experience in a consumer-focused environment such as FMCG, lifestyle, retail or hospitality would be ideal (though all industry backgrounds will be considered).
  • Someone dynamic, collaborative, and not afraid to get stuck in with all aspects of a campaign.

Location:

Due to the nature of the role, this position would suit candidates based in Bedford or commutable towns such as Milton Keynes, Cambridge, Luton, Northampton, Stevenage St Neots, Biggleswade, Huntingdon, Wellingborough, Buckingham, Leighton Buzzard, and surrounding areas. You’ll need to be on site three days a week.
