Job Description:

A leading PR agency is searching for a highly-creative and super-connected PR Manager to join the team in Birmingham following a series of exciting new business wins. This is a brilliant opportunity to work across some of the biggest consumer accounts in the UK, spanning retail, leisure, home and lifestyle. It’s perfect for someone looking to swap the pace of London for Birmingham’s vibrant scene, or already within a comfortable commute to the city.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be at the heart of a talented team, driving forward creative campaigns that make headlines. From stunts and events to surveys and creator partnerships, you’ll take the lead on bringing ideas to life and ensuring everything runs smoothly, hits KPIs and exceeds client expectations.

You’ll also be the go-to expert for product placement. You’ll understand how to make the most of calendar moments, trends, newsjacking opportunities and gifting campaigns to secure national coverage. Building and nurturing relationships will come naturally, and you’ll encourage your team to do the same.

You’ll need to be adaptable and flexible, with a focus on not just what you deliver but how you deliver it. Excellent writing skills will be second nature, and you’ll be driven by the excitement of turning ideas into real results.

Who we’re looking for:

This is a role for someone who loves the buzz of creativity and the challenge of delivering campaigns that make a difference. You’ll know what lands national coverage and be able to advise clients with confidence. Your network of journalist contacts will be second to none, and you’ll inspire and support your team to build equally strong connections. Ideally you’ll have an agency background and will have strong consumer PR and content experience.
