FINN Partners is on the hunt for an Account Supervisor to join our growing Corporate & Financial Services PR team.

Ideally, you will have three or more years’ experience in PR, marketing, content, or journalism.

We are looking for a PR and content professional who wants to work with a variety of companies, large and small, to craft compelling stories that inform audiences and influence behaviors – all to help our clients better meet their business objectives.

You'll be a part of our Corporate & Financial Services PR team working for a range of multinational organizations, non-profit foundations, government agencies, corporate banks, fintechs, and investment bodies.

This person will serve as a primary contact for a range of clients, delivering high-quality media results that meet and exceed client goals.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Manage day-to-day client PR account activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs that meet and exceed client goals.
  2. Design traditional and digital/social media strategies to implement media relations campaigns, media tours, social media initiatives, blogs, bylines, news releases, and Q&As.
  3. Deliver exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication that is clear, concise, and direct with clients, account teams, and other stakeholders.
  4. Build client reputations, thought leadership, and share of voice through any and all media.
  5. Help clients successfully navigate earned and social media interactions.
  6. Lead team members in the success of integrated, cross-office, cross-practice teams.
  7. Help develop programs, campaigns, and new business proposals.
  8. Innovate new ideas, opportunities, and strategies to enhance client success.
  9. Contribute to seamless and effortless client service, including account administration, client billing, activity reports, results reports, and success metrics.
  10. Take responsibility for junior members of staff, advising, training, and leading them to further their own career progression.
  11. Stay on top of industry knowledge, news, social media, and networking.
Required Skills & Experience:
  1. Strong written and oral communication skills.
  2. Demonstrated ability to lead and actualize media goals of the client.
  3. Highly skilled at multi-tasking and accommodating multiple clients and account teams.
  4. Intuitive understanding of the business of an agency, and ability to identify and troubleshoot problems within accounts and/or teams.
  5. Ability to handle operational activities of accounts.
  6. Ability to mentor staff members and develop them professionally.
  7. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
  8. Skilled at developing and delivering presentations.
  9. Ability to develop and maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
  10. Availability to travel as needed to off-site meetings.
  11. At least three years’ experience, preferably within an agency or in-house.
  12. At least a 2.1 degree.
