PR Account Manager - Purpose Led Agency (Faith-Based Sector)

London-based hybrid (min 1 day per week in London office)

Up to £42K depending on experience + Benefits including 30 days annual leave

Are you a PR agency professional who wants your work to make a real difference? Are you passionate about storytelling that drives purpose — and inspired by faith-based missions?

We're partnering with a growing communications and PR agency that works exclusively with Christian charities, not-for-profits, NGOs, and faith-based organizations. They're seeking a strategic, values-driven Account Manager to lead purpose-driven campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients across the UK and internationally.

What You'll Do

1. Lead client relationships across Christian charities, global NGOs, and faith-based organizations.
2. Develop and deliver PR strategies to raise profiles, drive engagement, and create impact.
3. Oversee Account Executives, ensuring delivery excellence and professional development.
4. Pitch, place, and amplify stories through strong media and influencer contacts.
5. Manage multiple projects with clarity, energy, and high standards of execution.

You'll Bring

1. PR agency experience, ideally managing multiple clients.
2. A proven ability to manage projects, delegate, communicate effectively, and meet deadlines.
3. Natural relationship-building and strategic thinking skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting, pitches, and strategy decks.
5. A genuine passion for serving purpose-led, faith-based organizations.
