As a Social Account Executive, you’ll work on major brands like Dulux, Goodfellas, Aunt Bessie’s, and Birds Eye. You'll collaborate with a dynamic team of content creators, creatives, strategists, and insight specialists to craft impactful social campaigns that drive engagement and make a real impact.

The day to day

  • Manage day-to-day client needs, deadlines, and expectations.
  • Contribute to client meetings, reviews, and social planning sessions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, earning trust and respect.
  • Keep social plans up to date, aligning with client marketing strategies.
  • Create and manage social content calendars with creativity and precision.
  • Publish content via native platforms and tools like Sprinklr, ensuring accuracy.
  • Collaborate with third-party suppliers and agencies for seamless execution.
  • Own social content creation, including briefing asset development and copywriting.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to recommend relevant opportunities.
  • Showcase campaign success internally and externally.
  • Contribute creative ideas for pitches and client briefs.
  • Process POs efficiently and support account management.
  • Be a proactive and engaged team player, fostering a positive work culture.

About you

  • Ideally, you'll have previous agency experience as an Account Executive, with a strong grasp of utilising social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Experience managing consumer brands, ideally in FMCG, Food & Drink, or Lifestyle.
  • Excellent communication, research, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive under pressure.
  • Confidence to share ideas and work independently.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and all major social platforms.
