About You

We’re looking for a senior communications professional with the strategic mindset, leadership experience, and creative energy to help drive results across our growing portfolio of PR and events clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Director who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and is ready to take the lead on high-profile campaigns, complex client relationships, and integrated brand activations.

You’ll be a confident communicator and trusted advisor – someone who can lead from the front, inspire teams, and bring clarity and direction to every project. You’ll have a proven track record in delivering impactful communications strategies, nurturing client partnerships, and contributing to agency growth through new business development and commercial insight.

Meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills and a calm, solutions-focused mindset are essential – as is the ability to juggle competing priorities while maintaining creative and strategic oversight.

At this level, you’ll be expected to lead by example – setting the standard in both the quality of your work and the strength of your client relationships. Reporting to our Director of PR & Events, you’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and shaping the future of the agency.

If you’re ready to bring fresh thinking, strategic direction and strong leadership to a collaborative, ambitious and award-winning team – we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

PR & Communications

  • Lead the planning, development and delivery of integrated PR and communications strategies for multiple high-profile clients.
  • Serve as a senior contact for clients, providing strategic counsel and managing day-to-day relationships.
  • Oversee the drafting of high-quality press materials, thought leadership content, blog posts and social copy.
  • Lead media relations efforts, nurturing relationships with key journalists, influencers and content creators across multiple sectors.
  • Shape creative campaign narratives and guide the development of standout PR activations and content.
  • Monitor media landscapes and industry trends to identify opportunities and mitigate reputational risk.
  • Direct and review media monitoring reports and campaign evaluations to measure impact and refine future strategy.
  • Oversee and support junior team members in campaign planning, delivery and reporting.

Team & Agency Leadership

  • Line manage and mentor junior staff, supporting professional development and encouraging high performance.
  • Contribute to new business pitches, proposals and strategy development.
  • Support the Director of PR & Events in achieving team targets and driving growth.
  • Play a key role in maintaining a positive, inclusive and high-performing agency culture.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior PR or communications role, ideally within an agency setting.
  • A strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong commercial awareness.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver successful multi-channel campaigns with measurable results.
  • Confident communicator with excellent writing, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and effectively under pressure.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player who leads by example and inspires others.
  • A genuine passion for media, storytelling, and the evolving communications landscape.
  • A full clean driving licence and access to a car is desirable for travel to client meetings and events.

What You’ll Gain

  • A senior role in one of Northern Ireland’s leading PR and communications agencies.
  • The opportunity to lead high-profile, purpose-driven campaigns and work with ambitious brands.
  • Exposure to a wide range of sectors, from consumer and retail to corporate, public sector and charity.
  • The chance to shape team culture, mentor talent and play a key role in agency growth.
